In Person Learning Labs

In order for students to attend in-school learning labs, parents/guardians will need to fill out the attached COVID-19 School Health Screening Agreement. You can either send a picture of this form and send it to Ms. Beth, or you can send it into school with your student. This form only needs to be filled out once per year. You will be contacted if your student is a candidate for in-person learning labs.
