The Chess Team Got Their Trophy!


The STEM chess team got their school trophy today for a winning season. We will put it in the showcase for everyone to see!

The STEM staff would like to thank all of our WONDERFUL chaperones for a great day! Everyone had a good time and was kept safe by all of the gracious adults that donated their time:)

Music Fundraiser Update

As a reminder flowers from the music fundraiser are being delivered tomorrow, 3/28 in the afternoon and will be available for pick-up in Mrs. Hartrick’s room after school (D170).
Ensure you have space in your car to transport them or reach out to Mrs. Hartrick if you need to make alternate plans for pick-up.

Dearborn Gallery Rally Week


Mr. Markiecki would like to share the following information about Dearborn’s Gallery Rally:

The Yearbook Committee has been working hard on creating an awesome yearbook for students, but right now we do not have enough orders to actually have the yearbook printed!

All Late Work Due Monday


Monday is the last chance to submit work for this marking period.

The marking period is ending on Thursday, March 29.

Friday’s Assembly

Today will be the next session for the C-ASSIST group coming in to present to our students.  This is a district approved group with age relevant topics to share with our students.
This session will focus on the issues of marijuana smoking , vaping, hookah, and tobacco in general.
There will be two educational videos and the session will include a 15-min Kahoot game.

DIA Field Trip is Next Wednesday


The DIA field trip will take place next Wednesday, March 28.

Students should bring money to buy lunch.

If you are a parent chaperone, please report to Mr. Markieki’s room 103 between 8:20-8:25 am.  Parking during the day here is messy, be prepared to park far away and walk. He will explain what will be happening during the day and give you your list of students.

The busses leave around 9am so please do not be late:)
