U of M Summer Camps for Pre-College Students

The following is information regarding summer camps at U of M:

https://lsa.umich.edu/wise/k-12-students-families/summer-camps.html

1)   the New UM Youth Hub

UM is moving to a centralized UM Youth Hubyouthhub@umich.edu, which we are hoping will eventually make things easier on your end (we are still working on it, so this year, maybe not easier) and to allow us to more efficiently manage our program applications and collect data on our programs to measure effectiveness.

The Youth Hub went live yesterday afternoon and more UM applications/programs are being added every day.

Nearly every opportunity listed will require that students and/or a parent to have a Youth Hub account. This will allow applications to be saved to return to later.

Features are being added to the Youth Hub daily (for example, searching and sorting features and, we are hoping eventually, credit card payment!).

We expect there to be some issues as we start to use this tool and so we are planning on patience and flexibility on our side, and hoping the same from you!

2)    WISE Camp Information
In addition to finding WISE camp information on the Youth Hub, you can always find information on our WISE web site: www.wise.umich.edu
