      Good morning:

If he already attends a Dearborn Public School elementary and is currently in the 5th grade, his NWEA and MSTEP scores will be pulled and if his test scores qualify, he will be invited to apply. That usually happens in April. If he isn’t attending a Dearborn Public School, an application will be available for you to complete. The application is usually available in January or February. Please feel free to contact our STEM Lead Teacher, Jennifer Fryzel with any questions about enrollment. Her email address: Fryzelj@dearbornschools.org. Thank you for your interest in Dearborn STEM Middle School.

      Sincerely,
      Beth McGreevy, Secretary

    Dear Sirs,

I am interested in enrolling my daughter Hiba Narbaez to STEM school for next year 2020- 2021 as a six grader. Currently she is in Dreamy Islamic elementary school. She is advanced student with good grades.
I would like to have some more information in regards of the enrollment process.

    Thank you in advance,

    Diloram

Applications for non-Dearborn schools students will be posted on this blog in February-March of 2020.

My daughter is currently a Dearborn Public School student. Her math , science and test scores are in the higher percentile. When is the enrollment for admissions opened for the students that are apart of the Dearborn school system? Please Advise.

      Good morning:

If she is a 5th grader at a Dearborn Public School, then her test scores, NWEA and MSTEP will be looked at in February or March. If she qualifies, she will receive a letter in the mail inviting her to apply. If she is a Dearborn resident but attends a private school, then an application will be available on this blog for her to apply. Usually the application is available in January. Please feel free to email our Lead Teacher for STEM. Her name is Jennifer Fryzel and her email is: fryzelj@dearbornschools.org. She will be more than happy to answer any of your questions regarding qualifications for STEM Middle School.

      Sincerely,

Good morning, my son’s teacher advised me to enroll him in the STEM program for next year. She said that there is an application I should be filling out to apply. I looked up the website but I guess its not out yet. Is there a way for me to know when exactly the enrollment will open like a blog or calendar I can follow to be up to date and not miss the opportunity to apply for him? Thank you.

    • Michelle Bissonette (8 months)

Applications are only for students who live in Dearborn but do not attend a Dearborn Public School. They will be posted in MArch 2020.

      • Nagwa Mahmoud (8 months)

Thank you for your reply, but he is in a Dearborn elementary school already. My question is how can I enroll him in the STEM program. Thank you.

  • Nall (2 months)
