Please read the following letter from our principal, Dr. Green, regarding yesterday’s incident. Hts Campus Lockdown2 9 25 17

Color Run Permission Slips were passed out in Advisory class today and are due Tuesday, October 3rd with $3.00. Families are welcome to participate or just watch and take pictures. Only pay the $3.00 to your student’s advisory teacher if you want to run and be colored.

Dear Parents, Students do not have access to a refrigerator or a microwave to use for their lunches. Please make sure they have food to eat that does not need to be heated. Ice packs can be packed in a lunch box if you would like food to be kept cool. Thank you!

Mark your calendars for our upcoming PTA meetings.  We will be experimenting with trying afternoon meetings part of the time for parents who are too busy in the evening.  Check back on the PTA blog for the agenda closer to time and for meeting minutes afterward. Student planners will be passed out tomorrow, Thursday, Sept. 21 in Advisory.

Ms. Laramee would like to announce the following upcoming events on behalf of Student Council:   Friday, October 6th: wear Michigan or Michigan State shirts. Friday, October 6th: Color Run, 3:05-3:45 Friday, October 20th: Pink out day.  Wear Pink and donate a dollar for breast cancer. Friday, November 10th: Family Night 5-7 pm

The after-school activities fee has been eliminated this year for all middle schools in the district. There is NO FEE to participate in any after-school activities this year. If you have already paid, students will receive a refund.

We will begin collecting for Pennies for Patients today! Bring any extra change to A2 each morning. The 2017 Robert Cipriano Memorial (2 mile run) is approaching.  This year it will take place on Monday, October 23rd at 4pm.  All students at STEM are eligible to run in this event for $3.  The event will take place at Ford Field Park, in Dearborn.
