Many students have had trouble getting into my Zoom meetings today and yesterday. Apparently, Zoom did back-to-back updates, and this has prevented a number of students from entering Zoom classes.
Please perform the following tasks to fix the issue:
1) Rebook your computer / Chromebook
– Don’t just put the computer in Sleep Mode, actually hold the power button down for 10 seconds until the computer completely shuts down.
2) If your email appears at the login prompt after you reboot, go ahead and enter the password you use to get into Schoology and the school network.
3) If all else fails, call the Parent/Student Support phone number to ask for help: 313-827-8400.
