Free Reading Program
0The American Association of University Women-Dearborn branch is inviting local high school and college staffs and students from the Dearborn area to attend a free program relating to STEM/STEAM careers in April 2020. Please extend/post the following invitation to all interested staff and students on our behalf in your building in a timely manner.

Stemming the Tide and Breaking the Ceiling
Interested local high school and college students and staffs are cordially invited to attend A BIG READ Event entitled Women in Stem Careers hosted by the American Association of University Women-Dearborn. This free program is scheduled for Saturday, April 25th from 1-3 p.m. It will be held at the Christ Episcopal Church Lounge located at 120 North Military, 48124. Member Sarah LeBrell will lead a panel discussion featuring women in STEM/STEAM careers. This is an opportunity to have a clearer understanding of equity issues that women in our community have faced in the fields of science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. Light refreshments will be served.
